My career started at Miami Lakes Technical Education Center while I was still in High school, Graduating with my degree in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration in 1991.
In 1993 I earned my Refrigeration Transition and Recovery Certification At Ferris State University.
And in 1994 I further my carrier by going to Industrial Refrigeration Operation and Maintenance Seminar in San Antonio Texas, With the help of Gladstone Air Conditioning Academy I received my Miami-Dade County General Mechanical Journeyman in 1997.
I have completed many training seminars from all major manufactures, from screw compressors to Ammonia systems, Ice-machines to ground support equipment. In 2016 I went back to school and received my Home Inspection Certification and pass my state examination in 2017.
For the pass 28 years I have raised threw the ranks starting as a helper to Project Manager, Specialize in Commercial and Industrial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Working on Ammonia Systems, chillers, cryogenics and Airport ground support systems, Food processing plants and cold storage building.
Now is time to take a step back and enjoy life, I have decided to open my own company in the residential and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration market. I am also into the Real Estate market as a Home Inspector, 4 point inspector and wind mitigation inspector. With my experience in mechanical equipment, electrical service, piping and attention to details I believe this will be a great combination.

Our standard home inspections are perfect for home buyers and Realtor's who have a home under contract. During the due diligence period, we come in and examine the accessible areas of the home to find any visible evidence of damage or defects. This inspection, per FABI standards, offers the best chance of discovering any major issues.

Seller's Inspection:

This home inspection provides a full report on the visible and accessible state of your home before you put it on the market. If we find any previously known or unknown problems, you can decide how to deal with them: either repairing damage or adjusting the price. Either way, you won’t be surprised by a home-buyer's inspection during the sale.

Four Point Inspection:

For this inspection, we examine the four systems of your house that are most prone to failure: your roof, your plumbing system (including all the connections), your electrical system (including the wiring and panel box), and the HVAC or heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. You can order this inspection anytime, but it may be required to get house insurance, especially if you own an older home.

Wind Mitigation Inspection:

If you live near the coast in South Florida, you may need hurricane insurance. To qualify, you must get a wind mitigation inspection. For this service, we inspect your home specifically to determine how well it can sustain heavy winds. We look at the exterior facing and joints of your home, as well as the roof and construction. A good report can save money on your insurance.
